Accessibility

Raagas Indian Cuisine wants everyone to be able to use our website — to read our menu, find our hours, and reach us — including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we do

  • We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
  • Our full menu is real text, not an image, so it can be read aloud and resized.
  • Photos have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Every page works with a keyboard alone, and starts with a “Skip to main content” link.
  • The photo slideshow can be paused, and it does not move for visitors who turn on “reduce motion” in their device settings.
  • Text colors meet the recommended contrast levels for easy reading.
  • We check the site with automated accessibility tools whenever we update it.
